October 22, 2026: CureBay, India’s first Rural Healthcare Operating System, has raised ~₹100 crore in a Pre-Series C round, led by IvyCap Ventures. The round comprises ₹69 crore in equity led by IvyCap Ventures along with other existing investors, and over ₹30 crore in debt from Trifecta Capital, Alteria Capital and VentureSoul Partners. This marks a significant milestone in CureBay's journey to build India's rural healthcare operating system and serve as a catalyst for equitable access to healthcare across Bharat.

Launched in 2021, CureBay has built India's first six-layer integrated Rural Healthcare Operating System spanning IoT-enabled Clinics, a Swasthya Mitra network, a connected digital platform, AI-powered screening and risk alerts, a 24/7 command centre, and CureBay Kavach. Together, these layers connect prevention, screening, and care through a coordinated system. The operating system is deployed through 250+ technology-enabled Clinics across seven states, supported by 1,800+ Swasthya Mitras, 530+ trained clinical staff, 230+ doctor partners, and 210+ partner hospitals and laboratories. Additionally, CureBay has served 17 lakh+ patients and conducts 400+ health camps every month.

The fresh capital will support CureBay’s expansion across India and strengthen its delivery network. It will also deepen the company’s proprietary technology and AI capabilities, including its Intelligence Layer, to strengthen screening, health insights, and clinical decision-making across the care journey. This round will provide the necessary support for CureBay to further expand its presence across India, including into new markets such as Andhra Pradesh.

Commenting on the development, Priyadarshi Mohapatra, Founder and CEO, CureBay, said: “Rural Bharat doesn’t need another app; it needs a system that works end to end, from the Swasthya Mitra at the doorstep to the specialist in the city. This capital lets us take that operating system to more states and make our AI do the heavy lifting, so that every family gets the right care at the right time, close to home.”

Vikram Gupta, Founder and Managing Partner, IvyCap Ventures, said: “CureBay’s ability to combine technology with a strong on-ground healthcare network makes its model particularly compelling. As India works towards expanding access to quality healthcare across Bharat, we see significant potential in the company’s approach. We are excited to partner with CureBay as it scales its reach and continues to make quality healthcare more accessible to underserved communities across the country.”

CureBay continues to rapidly expand its footprint and strengthen last-mile healthcare delivery. The CureBay operating model has been successfully implemented across 7 states. The company also works closely with the government on healthcare delivery initiatives and has been named the healthcare partner for Samriddhi Kendra, a Government of India initiative.
